I bought two tickets from Tampa Fl to Indianapolis In and payed 594$. I booked them for Oct 9th to Oct 14th. When they sent me the itinerary it was for the 9th till the 21st!!! I called them to make the correction, they said there would be a 300$ fee to change the dates. So I decided to just cancel the ticket and they told me they were non nonrefundable. On top of that if I wanted to cancel they would still charge me the 300$ and the price of the tickets. Then, to top it off, when I was talking with customer service trying to get this all straighten out I could barely understand the man because of his accent. When I told him I couldn't understand him and if he could repeat himself he asked me if I understood English!!!!!! I couldn't bleave it!!!! PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!

This does not make any sense at all. The whole point of purchasing a ticket on a website is to lock in your prices. It is not the customer's issue if the airline raises their prices after. We already bought the ticket through you. It should not be our fault if you didn't purchase the ticket right away from the airline at the prices that you offered to us, the end user.

Yes, we will have to charge a fee if you have not properly looked at the information you provided us with in the first place. It is called date change fee + with that if their is a price difference in the dates you will also have to pay that. That is very self explanatory. Depending on the dates or weekend the airline does raise the price. So it is not our fault we will have to follow airline rule.
