cheap fare guru Complaint
Now my grand mom's visa has arrived, I called them back and was put on hold for over 40 minutes transferring between 4 different people. Still, no one could help me. They told me to call back and talk to a certain individual because that person was not there at the time.
I called again on the 2nd day, and i was put on hold for over 20 minutes. I finally get to talk to a guy. He told me that i would have to pay over $600 extra for the flight while the cost of the flight online was only $50 extra. I asked him to give me a brake down of the charges, and he could not even explained exactly how he came up with the charges. He just hang up the phone on me.
So, i called Delta directly and spoke to a customer support individual. She explain to me all the details of the charges and that i would only had to pay $50 extra for the flight. She gave me multiple flight options and my grand mom is on her way.
I would never ever recommend purchasing ticket from CheapFareGuru, their customer support are the worst i have ever seen.
